該會議經俄羅斯教育與科技部批準，我校是聯合承辦單位，合格稿件可優先錄用并正式出版，由于疫情原因，會議時間幾經變動，現定于2022年7月4日-9日線下會議在美麗的貝加爾湖畔舉行（由于疫情，國外學者可以線上參會），歡迎作者投稿。
